SHAMAMA ASSOCIATION OF AUSTRALIA
Vision:
To see Hazara Community settling well in Australia society and convey their culture to the young generation.
Mission:
To assist Hazara community and new migrants with their settlement in Australian society, and promote culture awareness, human rights, and "Equal opportunity" in the society for women.
Aims:
Shamama Association of Australia will aim to take the following objectives to achieve their mission for Hazara Community in Victoria.
1) The Asssociation will arrange national and cultural programs for the community.
2) The Association will promote social and academic awareness in the community.
3) The Association will establish a library for the community.
4) The Association will work for the refugee and human rights.
5) The Association will assist new arrivals in terms of counseling, accommodation, employment, and all other settlement issues.
6) The Association will work to settle Hazara community into mainstream Australian society, and will do our best to serve our new country Australia in every walk of life.
7) The Asssociation will promote "Equal Opportunity" for women in our community and will collaborate with other organizations for women's right.
